Christy Jeffery: It's funny how life turns out, isn't it... I left high school with dreams far too big for lil' old Richfield and ended up settling down close to home in an even smaller town, Fremont! ...While attending SUU, I met my best friend and husband, Wes Jeffery. Wes graduated with a BS degree in Ag Science and moved back home to Wayne Co to fulfill his dream of becoming a partner in his family's 5th-generation cattle ranch. We were married in 1998 and welcomed our first child, Kurtis, into our lives in 2000. Kurtis is a good student, a good brother, a good friend and just an all around good kid!! In 2003, we added a daughter, Katelyn, to our family. She is full of personality... spunky & sassy, stubborn & sweet… which keeps us laughing. I feel truly blessed to have these two beautiful, healthy, intelligent children! I love being a mom and Wes is an incredible dad! Wes has continued ranching and I completed schooling last year to become an x-ray tech. This year I finished the Nuclear Medicine specialty program and began working at the hospital in Richfield… which I love! Life is crazy and hectic (whose isn't these days), but all-in-all, LIFE IS GOOD!
